All Levels Welcome

Come and exercise in a low intensity, relaxed and friendly environment. All classes are warm and welcoming. If you are new to Pilates don’t worry, all sessions are beginner friendly and you will be well looked after. Mats and equipment are provided for you, just bring yourself a towel and dress in comfortable gym style clothing. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Pilates Training Options

Beginners Pilates Kickstart plan

The 12 week Simon Parker Pilates kick-start programme is designed for when you are in desperate need of help with back pain. In just 12 weeks you will reduce joint and back pain, gain flexibility and mobility, improve core strength & posture, deeper and longer sleep, have more energy on rising and throughout the day, be more confident, perform better at work.

Group Sessions

Group Pilates service brings people together to improve their bodies in a relaxed and friendly environment.

I will encourage you to connect with your movements in a mindful way so that you can experience the true connection between mind and body. 

You can expect to get great results, whilest being with like minded people

Corporate Pilates

My corporate Pilates service can help to reduce sickness rate of employees and increase productivity and moral in the work place. Bodies were not made or designed for long hours of sitting, and these hours contribute to postural problems, back aches and stiff joints.  The two main reasons for sick days are down to Musculoskeletal problems and stress.

Online Pilates

Online Pilates Classes are a great way to either supplement your Pilates training or perform at home if you are unable to attend.   You will be provided with a wide variety of Pilates classes ranging from core and back strength, to stretches and posture.  You should be able to find full and comprehensive Pilates plans online that will fit your needs.
