I work with people of all levels of ability and body condition, my experience in Pilates has led to many men and women achieving great success with their bodies and improved wellbeing. This has helped improve their strength, focus, energy levels and motivation in creating a stress free and healthy lifestyle.

Today, I am still using my expertise to help people improve their health and fitness levels.  I continue to develop my skills by learning new and different techniques to suit all levels of fitness. I keep up to date on new ideas and I work closely with other professionals and complimentary therapies to incorporate this learning into my services. I genuinely believe that everyone should feel happy about themselves and strive to fulfil their potential.
